The building was built in the early 1990s when sprayed fire protection was a product that served its purpose as a fire protective material but was not aesthetically pleasing, moving on 30 years and the client want to see open ceilings and want a fire protection material that can give up to 4 hours fire protection and can be trowelled to look like concrete . We carried out some samples to show what we could achieve with the MONOKOTE product and the client was pleasantly surprised. We spray and trowelled 7,000m2 on the project
